Before payment is made, please double check and ensure that all details are correct:

1. Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
2. Room rates will be charged upon confirmation.
3. Payments made are non-refundable.
4. No changes are to be made on Check-in dates.
5. Check-in time is from 2.00pm and check-out is until 12.00pm.

Child & Extra Beds Policy:

• All Children are welcomed!  One child under 12 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds with adults.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit & Tourism Tax:

• A security deposit of MYR 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation upon check-out. 
• With effect from 1 September 2017, a Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable for all bookings from foreign guests. This is to be paid directly to the property upon check-in. 
  This tax is not included in the room rate. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

No-Meal Plan:

• No meal is included in our room rate or served at our Hotel. 

Cancellation:

This is a non-refundable booking

• The booking can not be cancelled / modified
• Once booking is received, the hotel will charge full payment to the credit card for the entire stay.

No-Show / Shortened stay:

• Full stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW. 
• No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package.

Notification:

• Guest shall receive 2 email notifications from both the payment gateway provider and our hotel website within the day the booking is made. If you do not receive any email notification, kindly contact us to obtain the details of your bookings.
